Meet Emily
Emily is a passionate multi-modality practitioner with nearly 20 years’ experience working in health & wellness across the UK, Australia & South East Asia.
After years of supporting others through life’s hardest moments, she eventually found herself navigating her own messy middle - leaving her career, building a new life overseas and questioning what she actually wanted the next chapter to look like.
Today, her work has evolved beyond any one modality. Emily is passionate about helping women navigate the “messyness” of midlife - when the old version of you no longer fits, but the new one hasn’t quite emerged yet.
Her retreats are a space to step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself, and explore what might be possible when you stop living from old patterns and start listening to what you actually want.

September is warm and tropical in Cambodia, with temperatures around 25–32°C. It’s the “green season,” so you’ll enjoy lush landscapes and occasional rain showers that help cool things down.
